多功能鍵盤(pán)導電膜六工位轉盤(pán)檢測機自動(dòng)上下料的運作過(guò)程

1、設備功能和工作步驟 Equipment functions and work steps

1.此設備的主要功能是完成鍵盤(pán)膜上下料以及貼合，檢測收料。

The main function of the device is to complete the loading and unloading of the keyboard film, as well as the detection and receipt.

2.工作步驟 work steps

①人工分別向三組上料機進(jìn)行三種鍵盤(pán)膜的上料，上料機通過(guò)雙工位轉換，二次定位，頂升機構將薄膜頂升到位后由橫移手臂吸取產(chǎn)品后輸送至轉盤(pán)機構流轉至下一工位，1#、2#、3#上料機依次上料，轉盤(pán)機構由中空軸旋轉平臺驅動(dòng)，完成6工位旋轉。

Three kinds of keyboard films are fed to three groups of feeding machines manually, and the feeding machine is switched through two positions and positioned twice. The jacking mechanism lifts the film into place, the product is sucked by the traverse arm and then transported to the turntable mechanism to move to the next working position. ②待鍵盤(pán)膜旋轉至檢測工位時(shí)，由檢測機構完成鍵盤(pán)膜的點(diǎn)位檢測，完成后旋轉至超聲波電壓工位。

When the keyboard membrane is rotated to the detection station, the point detection of the keyboard membrane is completed by the detection mechanism, and then rotates to the ultrasonic voltage position.

③由超聲波電壓機完成點(diǎn)壓工作，同時(shí)進(jìn)行對鍵盤(pán)膜的厚度檢測，隨后轉至收料工位。

The ultrasonic pressing machine completes the point pressing work, and simultaneously detects the thickness of the keyboard film, and then transfers to the receiving station.

④.收料機構通過(guò)模組移載手臂后對良品及不良品夾持或者吸取收入對應收料盒。確認產(chǎn)品收料完成后旋轉至上料工位，進(jìn)行下一循環(huán)作業(yè)。

After the arm is transferred by the module,the receiving mechanism clamps or absorbs the income corresponding to the receiving box . After confirming that the product is collected, rotate to the loading station for the next cycle operation.
